We are a very proud of our Aboriginal Heritage. Our Ancestry traces back many years.
My Great-G-G-G-G-G-Grandfather Gomerberree was a very important person in the DARUG Tribe.
His son Yarramundi was a medicineman, they were from the Richmond Clan of the Darug people.
Yarramundis Daughter Maria is written in history as being the first full blood Aboriginal woman to marry a white man in the European way, Maria married Robert Lock, Robert was a convict from Larling, Norfolk England. We have a huge family.

A few years ago we started to weave in the traditional way of our Ancesters. We use native grasses to Australia. Weaving is a good way to relax, and it makes you think about your heritage as you sit weaving the grasses.

We do quite a few different crafts, painting, jewellery making, string making, have tried Etching, Screen printing, Lino Printing etc.
